The January issue of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Global Magazine has recently been published.  This, our second issue as Managing Director is entitled “Application Nation” and focuses on the use of relevant business, style and shopping digital applications.

In today’s mobile centric environment quick access to applications is becoming a necessity for brands who wish to do business with the digital market.  Up to this point most apps have been relegated to the ranks of corporate business and start-ups who have the funds and technical savvv to create, launch and market their apps alongside their existing digital platforms.  Here is list of several apps we think are worth your time no matter gender age, or occupation.

Style Edit ~ The Gagliardi Gentleman

We recently had the pleasure of collaborating with two great American brands in General Motors (GM) and Cadillac.  Thanks to our partners at MSL Group we were able to test drive the 2014 Cadillac CTS Sedan and put it to the test around DC.  We thought this would be a great opportunity to get creative in a photo shoot featuring several our friends and sponsors including Gagliardi and other specialty brands we’ve come to know and appreciate over the years.   Today, we present our visual project, “The Gagliardi Gentleman”.  Stay tuned for another #GrantedGateway production short film of the CTS in action.  In the meantime enjoy the show.

Video | MAONO DC Pop Up Review

We introduced you to start-up men’s and women’s apparel brand MAONO not long ago.  They recently held their launch party and first public pop up at the Science Club in Washington DC.  We had the fortune of working with Style TV to help introduce the “MAONO Man” to DC during this event.

IG personally coordinated the menswear visual merchandising but could not have done it without the help of the MAONO team, volunteers, and friends.  Overall, the event was a success and we’re looking forward to more from MAONO in the future.

The National Shoe Retailers Association (NSRA) is a non-profit organization representing independent shoe store owners throughout the United States and Canada.  NSRA serves as the independent retailer’s resource and advocate, representing the independent shoe retailing community among manufacturers, suppliers and the broader footwear industry.
