Black Watch:  The Black Watch or Black Guard, was originally a group of renegade Scots recruited by the king of England to check troublesome Highland clans.  They wore a particular Tartan or plaid.  It is the uniform of the British Army's 42nd Highland Regiment.  Popular in men's wear because it combines two classic blazer colors, navy and green, thereby serving as another blazer opportunity.  Like this one--only much cheaper.Normally only worn by those brave enough to pull it off.  So, I'm happy to say I just picked one up.  Wool, fully canvassed, darted, half lined, taped seams, 3/2 roll, natural shoulder, patch pockets (check out the angled chest pocket), double vents, slim lapel with wrap around collar and working buttonhole.  Looks to be handmade.  Needs a bit of tailoring, but will play quite nicely come Fall.
