According to the WSJ men's grooming--AKA manscaping--has been taken to another level in Asia with the rise of the gentleman's salon.  Asian men are some of the most appearance conscious creatures on the planet and apparently they like their salons.  Asian menswear has been steadily on the rise over the years thanks to bloggers like Colonial Goods and the always dashing gents at The Armoury in Hong Kong.  Our friends at Gentlemen's Tonic just opened a shop in Hong Kong and so far business is good.  Here in America the craze hasn't caught on so much.  We like our barbershops and cigar rooms, but we wouldn't be surprised to see the trend pop up in a few years.
